Return & Refund Policy — Gym Vixen

We want you to love your Gym Vixen pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Return window:
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in original packaging with tags/liners intact.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear

• Clearance / markdown items

• Items marked FINAL SALE

• Gift cards

Exchanges:
We currently offer exchanges for size only, based on inventory availability. If your size is sold out, we’ll issue store credit.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged or wrong item:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at [support email] with your order number + photos, and we’ll make it right.
