Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During launches, drops, or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping time:
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on location.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address. Gym Vixen is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost / stolen packages:
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Gym Vixen is not responsible for theft or loss. If this happens, contact the carrier first, then email us and we’ll assist however we can.

International orders:
International delivery times vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their local government.
