By purchasing from Gym Vixen, you agree to these terms:

Product availability:
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing & errors:
We do our best to ensure accurate pricing and product descriptions. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order and notify you immediately.

Order cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing [support email]. After that, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Final sale items:
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Chargebacks & disputes:
We encourage customers to contact us first at info@ncbent.com so we can resolve any issue quickly. Disputes filed without contacting us may delay resolution.

Limitation of liability:
Gym Vixen is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use or website access. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
